We are located on the outskirts of downtown and within 2 and 7 blocks you can walk to everything Long beach downtown has to offer. 4 blocks to beach 3 blocks to Walmart, 1 block to Albertsons grocery store. Hundreds of small businesses offering everything you can think of within 4 blocks. Also the metro and train is 3 blocks away if needed. We have 2 rooms for rent. Our Master bedroom which is 14 by 13 feet with 3 large windows a queen size bed, a 55 inch HDTV, 2 night stands, closet, curtains and it's set in the back away from street. We are asking 600 a month and 600 deposit (we can break it up if needed). We also have another option for you. Our other room is smaller and is not furnished (but can be if needed) it is approx. 10 by 12 feet and directly across from bathroom. It has 2 windows and a closet. We want 580 OBO per month and depending on furnishing or not the deposit will be different. We will pay for your electric, gas, water, and trash. If you want cable it will cost you around 25 a month pending charter cable fees. We have washer and dryer in unit, full kitchen with every appliance. We sleep in the living room which is on opposite side of kitchen on the street side. If you come check it out you will see why we did it that way. We have great safe parking at night and weekends but during the week 9 to 5 pm its street parking which is usually available, we also have great neighbors.
