I like peace and quiet , I am down to my books and pleasant as well. I have no pet , don't smoke and will only carry my 1 or 2 bags with me. if you think i can fit your expectation , let me know and send me some pictures of the room and house. What appliances are there in the house(dishwasher, washer/dryer)? Is the bedroom furnished? Is it easy to get the bushis location to go to market street , i'll behe business school in there.
