The bedroom layout is called the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, and study. The study is easily converted into a bedroom. The apartment is enormous and looks amazing. I'll be personally furnishing a some of the living room. We plan on moving in on July 1st and signing anywhere from 12-18 months.
