I would prefer renting in a house that has a private entrance and either a very large room with a full bath, or a smaller room with another room I could use as an office. It would be nice if the living area was actually an "apartment" of sorts, but not absolutely necessary. I'm looking to save a few bucks and split the cost of utilities, or particularly to have cost of utilities included in the rent. I work from home a lot, so have to have relative peace and quiet...can't live with a drummer! I don't smoke (and I mean ANYTHING) and don't like being around it. I also don't drink or party (no, I'm not dull and boring..I just quit all that about six years ago) ...mainly I just want a nice, quiet place where I can do my work and live in comfort and cleanliness, in a place where our personal space (and things) are mutually respected. Integrity is a must. I practice it, and I insist upon it. I am "older," but very young-minded and do not really have a lot in common with many people my age. Used to hanging out with younger people...though 20s is a bit too young. Thanks! |
