I have the master bedroom, you would be getting the other one. The apartment is in a 2nd story walk up in a brownstone hardwood floors, air conditing, ceiling fans. dishwasher 10 min walk to the PATH station (and then another 10 min ride into the city) bus is one block away on Washington St. 10-15 mins on bus to get to Port Authority bus terminal on the bus, and it runs frequently. No pets and no smoking inside the apartment. I already have a TV, dishes and silverware, kitchen table (and possibly a couch and table too) I am a 27 year old male professional I go to bed relatively early and looking for a MALE roommate who is relatively quiet and not going to cause trouble. I am really easy to live with, and often away at my girlfriend's place over the weekends. I wake up early for work, so I am out of the house before 7 and I am usually in bed by 11 Your share of the rent will be $1065 a month.
