We're pretty laid back but we do ask that you keep common areas clean. This is an excellent apartment in a great location - close to the PATH and one block over from Washington Street. There is laundry in the building. You will share a large bathroom with one other person. We have a nice sized kitchen with a dishwasher. Each room has its own A/C and heat unit. There really are no negatives. The room isn't huge but isn't tiny. It's a comfortable living space with a decent sized closet and window. The rent is $1059 per month and Security is 1 month's rent. Also be aware that our building requires that your monthly income be three times greater than your share of the monthly rent.
