Notes: We are two female college students looking for a roommate to fill our extra bedroom. The room will be available to move in by the end of May. Our apartment is 1000 square feet with 16 foot ceilings and a very spacious living room. The architecture of our apartment is very unique and aesthetically pleasing. Our bedrooms are located up a set of stairs while the available bedroom is on the bottom floor. We have one and a half baths and a large kitchen area. The living room and bedrooms feature hardwood flooring while the bathroom and kitchen have marble flooring. The living room has two 13 foot windows which we always receive compliments on. This apartment is really a hidden gem and we are confident that you will fall in love with it just as we did. Utilities (electric and cable) usually come out to about 70 dollars but can reach 120 dollars during the very hot summer months due to the increased use of the air-conditioner. Your room would come with a lock and key for your door and you would also have your own medicine cabinet in one of our two bathrooms. We are looking for a laid back, kind, fun person to fill our extra room. We are very good friends and hope that we can have a good relationship with our third roommate also. We like to entertain and have a good time. We occasionally have large parties which you would be welcome to invite your friends to and we also like to hang out with friends and smoke a little reefer.
