I have a great roommate, but alas he is moving outhe end of April to live a little closer to his band. The house is an adorable 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. It has a nice front lawn, and a very large backyard. I have a 13-year-old dog that is very sweet and laid-back. My ideal roommate... 25-35 working professional(male/female/straight/gay) Non-smoker or outdoor smoker Tidy but not immaculate Mellow Financially responsible Friendly I would consider another dog owner, provided your dog gets along with Odin, doesn't bark much, and is fairly relaxed. About me... I work locally, although I travel from time to time. (I have family in the area that helps with the dog when I travel, so there is no stress there.) I respect my roommate's space and understand we are both adults with private lives, (although I do enjoy sharing a meal from time to time and being friendly.) I play instruments, but usually I have headphones on or play when I'm alone. I don't have a TV, though I am not adverse to having one as long as it's not always on. About the house... I have an unfurnished room for rent. The house itself is half furnished; there is definitely room for more furniture, though I'm not huge on cluttered space. It is in a quiet neighborhood not too far from the Malvern train station, and Route 202, which makes getting to and from Philly easy. The kitchen is smallish, but perfect for two adults. It's only down side is the lack of dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. The basement has plenty of room for an office or TV room... right now it is empty, we could decide what to use it for. There is plenty of storage space on the basement shelves.
