I am kind, caring, down to earth, tidy. etc. I don't party alot, I don't smoke. Looking for someone, preferably female, who doesn't smoke, is tidy, down to earth, etc. Partying is fine just not all the time and nothing big. The apartment is located near Jasper avenue, close to a bus stop and near Kingsway and Grant Macewan. It is small but cozy. It will be newly renovated, new paint and carpets, when we move in. The available bedroom is alot smaller than the one I am taking, so in return I will be paying the electricity. No pets are aloud. The landlords are really great, they'll help with anything at any time of the day or night. |
