It is a nice area; close to the dinning, shopping and bars in Oak Park and Forest Park but also not far to get to the Lincoln Park or downtown area. The Metra station is a block away and only a 18 minute commute to Union station. There is an Xport gym 2 blocks away which is open 24 hours a day. Street parking is easy and not permit restrictions. I am asking $700 a month which would give you your bedroom and own bathroom. There is also a washer/dryer in unit. And a deck to sit out on and barbaque. About me: I am 35, most think I am younger. I am a fun and positive type person. Enjoy being a happy go lucky type of person, have a big family and a lot of friends. I enjoy working out, bike riding, going to dinner and hanging out having drinks on occation. In the summertime I enjoy sitting on the deck and having barbecue's. I am clean to average type of person.
