It's in an elevator building with hardwood floors throughout, a fully furnished living room, a dishwasher in the apartment and laundry down the hall. The bedroom has it's own door to the balcony, which faces away from the street, a HUGE closet and gets great light. We have 2 chairs, 2 tables and a bbq out on the balcony, which is a great place to hang out or have friends over when it's warm out. The apartment is a short walk to the PATH, 4 blocks from the supermarket and close to lots of restaurants and bars. The landlord has an office in the building and is always there to fix things. Smokers are welcome! You will be living with a professional female who works in fashion and a sweet dalmatian who mostly stays in my roommate's room when she's not home.
