I am a 47 year old professional male. My girlfriend and I are splitting up, and I need a place to live. I have few requirements: in addition to my regular job, I have a small business doing remodeling and construction. Most of my things (including tools) are in storage, but there are a few large things that I would need to have a place for (air compressor, compound miter saw, planer, etc). I also have 3 small dogs (terrier crosses) that I would like to bring with me. I work most days between these two jobs, and generally clean up after myself. I respect other people’s privacy and property and expect the same. I don’t do drugs or smoke and rarely (3x a year) drink wine.
