About the house: The house itself was built in 2002 and is/was a model house with all kinds of upgrades. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances. If you need to ride the bus, there is a bus stop literally in front of my house. (route 421). If you drive, you can park your car in the drive way or on the street.
