Age: 53
Gender: Male
Smoking: Non-smoking
Sexual Orientation: Straight
Move by Date: 4/10/2009
Max Rent: $550
Cleanliness: Average
Party habits: Occasionally
Children: Yes
Pets: No
Notes: My name is Michael. I am an Illinois-registered pharmacist who is obtaining licensure in PA.
My marital status is single and never-married, and my sexual orientation is straight--and my requirement is that my future roommate is the sme with reference to these two characteristics. I am a flexible, responsible, and easy-going individual who believes that meditation and prayer are indispensible to happiness and success.
Since I am a non-smoker, I prefer that the roommate is also a non(-cigarrete) smoker(although smoking outside only is allright).
Concerning my party-preferences, I am a non-drinker. I do not object to occasional or light drinking or other partying which does not interfere with one's ability to take care of business, wake in the morning or drive a car. I do not want a roommate who is involved with any of the following: the pesonal use of intravenous drugs; smokable heroin, cocaine or methamphetamine; chronic use of non-prescription drugs or friends who are usingsuch types/kinds of drugs.
My hobbies include anti-aging medicine, cooking, exercising, cooking, playing billiards and investing in short-term instruments. My ideal roommate is someone who is investment-saavy, college-educated(currently enrolled in school is ok also), and financially-secure--today this means having the savings to pay for rent and costs of living for the next twelve 12 months. Any age, race, orreligion(or lack thereof), or sex is allright.
My references include my former landlord and parish priest.
Concerning my relationships, I have friends who visit but are not present in the morning. Presently I am celibate man. I want a roommate who is either sexually monogamous or celibate, but I only want a roommate, and not a couple. Weekend stayovers are allright once in a while. And the future roommate should be upfront and discuss a serrious relationship with me in a conversation first.
I prefer email contact initially.
I will try to contact all interested persons ASAP.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. Have a good one.
Sincerely,
Michael
