We would love it if utilities were completely or at least partially included in the rent. We have a fixed, two year old cat who is very friendly and hardly ever meows, so it is a must that the place be cat friendly. We are responsible, quiet but social, clean and respectful. Here are some other details that we'd prefer, and a few things we require. Preferences: Brooklyn Heights, Clinton Hill, Fort Greene, Park Slope, Vinegar Hill, Green Point, Williamsburg and Greenwood Heights in Brooklyn and Astoria in Queens Utilities included Laundry on premises or close by Requirements: Walking distance to buses or train (no more than a 13 minute walk) Cat friendly Safe location We would be ready to move in by August 15.
