I am a 30 year old female freelance photographer who just found the MOST AMAZING apartment in Hells Kitchen- it was a small miracle to have been approved for this place that is finally my home, and I want someone who will respect it as much as I do. I prefer to live with males (generally easier on me), however I may be open to drama-free females.. no offense meant, just easier for me to live with a male. The apartment is a STUNNING 2 bed/1 bath on 51st/8th Ave and was inhabited by an interior designer who left behind several gems and left the apartment in perfect condition. The room will hold a king size bed and has a closet with The Container Store Elfa shelves installed. There is a laundry in the basement, super living on site, elevator, short flights of stairs to the 3rd floor where I live. Everything you could possibly need is right outside the front door- grocery stores, drugstores, bars, cafes, video rental, banks, etc. First month+ deposit+broker fee will be due, and I prefer a long term lease, but am open to a short term one (both will require signing an agreement with me personally) We will split utilities, which consists of Con-Ed right now, and I am considering getting a home phone service- wireless internet is currently what I am using.
