The apartment is BEAUTIFUL and BRAND NEW. -3rd floor -vaulted ceilings -1,315 square feet -NEVER BEEN LIVED IN - Full kitchen, brand new GE appliances -3 bedrooms size 11x13 (each) -each bedroom has very large walk-in closet -each bedroom has its own full bathroom -ceiling fans in every room -carpeted throughout, except in kitchen and hallways. -laundry room with new GE washer and dryer. the apartment is UNFURNISHED as of now, but i plan to furnish it (mostly) within the coming months. your contribution to this process will be greatly appreciated. WALKING DISTANCE TO UCF........... almost within view of the new football stadium. no traffic to worry about; shuttle to and from campus every 15 minutes.
