We are a very nice, clean, and laid back couple looking to move into a new Apartment. We are both full time students and we work too. The apartment is located in the very nice area of Signal Hill 4 miles from CSULB, 1 mile from the beach, 4 miles from downtown Long Beach/ famous Pike area. We need someone who would be able to move in by the end of Feb. or March 1st. The apartment is 2 stories and the room available is in the first floor. The room incl; its own bathroom, lots of closet space, and even a small storage room under the stair case. The rent incl; privileges to a small gym within the apartment, basic cable, wireless Internet, and all utilities. The rent does not incl; kitchen privileges or a parking, but there is lots of street parking. A pool and laundry facilities are also available on site. Rent is $700/month, $300/deposit.
