I'm currently in the process of buying a beautiful 4 year old home in Copperfield and would like 1 or two rommates.. The bedroom downstairs - $850 /month. - Very large bedroom with walk-in closet. The bedroom upstairs - $750/month. Average size room with closet. This includes everything but food. This means all utilities (even air conditioner), Bell satellite TV, Internet, to the house, double garage & storage room. There's two living room areas, washer, dryer, dishwasher. There's also 3 bathrooms, so everyone would have their own washroom. I'd prefer no pets. I am a smoker, but I do not smoke in the house. It's not a party house, but having friends over for a bbq & other social gatherings are totally acceptable. The house is located in Copperfield SE (near McKenzie Town). There's an Express bus which takes Deerfoot (really fast) to city centre. Plus there's another bus that goes to the Somerset c-train.
