My husband and I of two years are recent West Virginia University graduates, new to the area. I have a Bachelor's in Music Education and my husband has a BS in Landscape Architecture. We are looking for a room for rent and came across your ad. We are currently unemployed BUT are very capable of paying cash for two months of rent (first and last) while we look for jobs; we're looking to stay longer than that, however. We both have a solid work history, and you are welcome to contact our previous landlord where we stayed for three years. We are simply trying to get our feet on the ground out here and need a place of residence in order to do that. We are very low maintenance people, social but not party-ers, non-smokers, Christian church-goers, not at all judgemental, and we like to think we're very nice people! :) We are also traveling we our 5-pound mini-dachshund named Mahler who is extremely well-behaved and crate-trained; not at all a barker.
