I have a house on the east side of Iowa city. My roommate and I are looking to rent out our third room beginning in January and would like to know if you would be interested. There are two guys living here (this includes me) and I own a very nice dog, a weimaraner. Both my roommate and I are pretty laid back and like to have a good time. We both work a lot and he also goes to school. The house is a pretty nice size with a big backyard, there are two bathrooms, and it is fully furnished, with the exception of the empty bedroom. Heat, water, gas, electric, cable t.v., and high speed internet are all included in the $450.00 Rent. There is always plenty of parking on the street, we are right on the bus line, and we are not far from shopping. I would like if you could stay until August but I am totally willing to negotiate.
