I currently live just south of atlanta and i am looking to relocated to savannah for a job. I am very clean, non-smoker, I drink socially. I wok as a motorcyle technician. My income is good so there will never be any problem with making rent or paying bills, so I expect the same from any roomates. I do have quite a few things as I have a fully furnished apt now, most of it will be in storage but i do have a fairly large squat cage and bench(workout equipment) that i will need room for garage is fine but outside is a no no.
