I’m looking for a male or female (doesn’t really matter, I’ve lived with both), in 20s, CLEAN, laid back, someone to hang out with, someone who is into going to Happy Hour after work, goes out on weekends, and someone to watch some sports games with (but not necessary). I don’t think these are outrageous standards, basically don’t be a sloppy bum and like going out (this is Hoboken, not going out is a sin) I’m currently live with a couple and they are leavinghe end of June when our lease is up to get their own place, so you would sign a one year lease starting July 1 (No Brokers Fee since you would just be replacing them, 1.5 months security deposit), probably be able to move in a few days before hand.
