| Roommate Situation: About me I am a single professional 37yr old non smoker, not a partier, more of an indoor homebody during the winter months, and an outdoor homebody during the spring and summer. The house sits on a 1/3 of acre.
As a Boarder you will have Two (10x12) furnished rooms one as a bedroom with dresser and full size bed. The other is set up as living room/den with a loveseat and 19" color TV. Plus you will have your own private full size bathroom. You will have access to home laundry facilities (washer/dryer), kitchen, cable television access. and secure 3 car garage you will have 1 spot for parking (large SUV's and trucks do not fit).
The house is in a quite development in Buckley. Monthly Rent is $750including utilities with non-refundable damage deposit of $200. Six month lease commitment required.
Must be pet friendly, allergist beware. Due to there already being 3 senior cats and a Chihuahua in the house and they would not take well to more animals no additional pets allowed unless it’s a goldfish
Non-smoker, light to non-drinker preferred...OKAY NO PARTIERS.
