| Roommate Situation: Hi There,
I have a beautiful house in Vancouer Washington. It is a 4bed/2ba house. 2200sq feet. We are 5 minutes from all local shopping and restaurants and 8 minutes from freeway access.
The house has hardwood floors throughout, stone fireplace that burns real wood, sunken familyroom with separate entrance, huge room that is available off garage (at opposite end of house, so very private, almost like your own apartment). Huge kitchen with all brand new appliaces and gas stove, laundry/mudroom with separate entrance, huge linen closets, stamped concrete driveway and rv pad. Nice yard. We have direct tv and qwest hi-speed wireless internet.
Roommates are male and female, 28 and 33. Neither smoke or do drugs. Very friendly, drama free, both full-time employed - Goast Guard and teacher. One friendly resident cat who stays in her room.
The rent is $525.00 which includes rent and all utilities. Agreement would be a month to month.
