| Roommate Situation: I am on the search for a roommate to move in for the beginning of November. I live in a great, spacious, 2 bedroom apartment on Adams atreet in Burlington, 3 blocks from main street. Rent is $500 per person, this includes heat, hot water, and off street parking.

| Roommate Situation: are renting a room with private bathroom in our condo - located on Lake Champlain and the bike path. Your room is on the first floor - large (13' x 15.5') with a high ceiling, a large closet, deck and patio door. The bathroom adjacent to room is private and has a toilet, sink, and a large shower with 2 built-in seats. For pics: There is an outdoor parking space for you in front of the condo and a garage parking space can be made available. There is a new gas grill on the deck that you can use. Our space is on the second floor. There is an outdoor pool (with gas grills) and 2 tennis courts.
The location is marvelous –Downtown Burlington is 4 miles south on the bikepath or on the Beltline. Great sunsets/lake and mountain views and access to the public beach.
The rent is $550/month plus 1/3 utilities ($90/month). I can provide a fridge for your room and a microwave/toaster oven if you wish. We subscribe to Netflix movies and have a big screen in the living room and welcome you to join us for our nightly entertainment.

There is off street parking for everyone, non coin-op laundry, close to downtown and is walking distance to both Champlain and UVM.
