| Roommate Situation: Hello, I’m a young gay professional looking to rent the 2nd bedroom in my condo. I’m rarely home so you’ll have the place to yourself most of the time. I currently occupy the master bedroom however I wouldn’t mind switching to the 2nd bedroom if you’d like the master. Both rooms are almost identical… both have similar bathrooms and both have walk-in closets. The condo is fully furnished right now including the 2nd bedroom however I can easily move the 2nd bedroom things out of the condo. Downstairs is hardwood floors and tile and the upstairs is carpet. The condo is in a quite area of the condo community. There’s a nice pool in the community. You’ll have a covered parking spot right in front of the condo. The condo is centrally located 10 minutes from most of the colleges in the area plus only 15 minutes from downtown. Cottonwood Park is walking distance. I’d like someone responsible to occupy my place since I’ll be gone most of the time. The term is negotiable. The utilities are negotiable.
