| Roommate Situation: Laid back recently retired professional. Looking for a quiet roommate who is not into parties and loud noise (at least not at home). Not interested in having children around. I've got a 2 story townhouse, with the master on the first floor, and 2 more rooms upstairs. You would have the upstairs bedroom, with private bath and separate a/c and heat controls. Private balcony and if you are interested, we can talk about letting using 2nd room as a sitting room, or office, for added charge. Currently the 2nd room is being used for storage.
