| Roommate Situation: I just moved into my apartment and I've been trying to find a roommate to help with the bills.
I prefer someone likeminded: honest, fairly clean, laid back and easy to get along with. I can’t do cats and smoking can only be outside. I love dogs, although I don't have one.
The apartment complex has: access gates, 2 pools, hot tub, billiards room, fitness center, business center, on site laundry facilities, etc.
The apartment is in South Austin at Regency Park, near 35. The place has a walk-around patio, washer/dryer connections (but none currently in it), ceiling fans, garage included, vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, a dishwasher, and disposal in the kitchen. out its really nice its called the retreat at wells branch 2 bed 2 bath 1109sqft 24hour fitness center movie theatre and private walk way to pool and availible dec 29 IF the lease is signed by friday i know its fast but we can go check it out sometime this week if you are interested
about me i party occasionally im in school im a makeup artist and in
cosmeotology school so that means you will get tons of free facials
i love music i sing in a group in austin
i love throwing dinner parties with friends sometimes just a all aroundd kool person a little preppy sometimes but you'll get used to it lol
