| Roommate Situation: My name is Williammost people call me Bill, and it’s good to hear from a potential new room mate. The house is a 3 bedroom, two baths, with a fireplace. 2 of the bedrooms are empty, so it leaves you with your choice of rooms. There is a hallway bath right outside these two bedroom doors, but not adjoining. It has a big back and front yard. The master suite is where I primarily live. The living area is furnished as well as the dining. There is a microwave, side by side fridge with ice and water in the door, flat top stove and garbage disposal. I have an aquarium full of fish (cichlids), but no other petshe moment (I would love to have many). There is also a two car garage with one space available with ample street parking.
I am a 41 year old, twice divorced man with a 21 year old daughter, 20 year old son, 18 year old son, and a 16 year old son. I have been married twice, but live alone. I work at Drew Scientific in Dallas as a Biomedical Engineering Tech, and go to College at night at DeVry University Dallas majoring in Biomedical Engineering. I am a senior on the National Honor Roll, National Deans List, Deans listed 10 times in a rowhe university, of Alpha Chi Omega, Tau Alpha Pi, IEEE, IEEE-LEOS, and am a National Geographic Certified Diver. I have played the guitar for 25 years but don’t currently own one. I love to tinker with my hands and have my own side project going on to bring my patented invention to market. Other than that I think it’s safe to say I’m not home very often.
This term in school has me taking two courses online for the next eight weeks, so I save the gas, but still don’t have much time. I have a very open mind so, I have no problems with a friend coming to visit overnight or even sharing your space as long as they pay their portion of the expenses. The room is listed at 325 month and ½ the bills, unless we get a third roommate then the bills will split 3 ways (the rent would stay the same). I allow smoking outside, but no alcohol or drugs are allowed (I have seen it all). I also run an all adult home with no children.

| Roommate Situation: Hi, if you are looking for a dreamed roommate, a nice home, a place in which you never be bored, and the most strategic location in the middle of Metroplex this advice is for you.
I am an international Phd student in UTA and so a graduate Teaching Assistant. I am a Russian Scientist, a researcher in Financial optimization. However, not all in my life is calculations, I have a degree in fine arts too, that is my second activity.
I am a very possitive, optimistic laid back person, sometimes very busy but i love to socialize. I consider myself so open mind & easy going person, a fun outgoing guy and also a very curious buthe same time discrete.
I live in the downtown of Arlington, Tx. My apartment is at walking distance of commercial zones and in the campus of UTA. This place is very well locatedhe east side of the UTA campus.
The apartment is totally furnitured, nice decoration,with a comfortable & pleasant living room, functional dining room, Ample & nice kitchen, a bathroom that is shared with me.
This flat is 80 m2(880 ft2) of area, second floor, in a building of 5 other flats, there is parking area with two different accesses from the street, also two stairs that reach the apartment. This place has a nice view of the campus of UTA from the east side.
The sector is really strategic since it is residential but surrounded by commerce zones with farmacies, laundries, supermarkets, dentistry, Physicians, restaurants, beauty salons, churches, Gas stations, all so near that you can walk to them.
The room for rent is about 90ft2, plus walking closet, furnitured with nice bed-matrex, ample desk, two chairs, one armchair, box shelf. It has private interior access to the only bathroom of the apartment.
The total rent is really cheap only $360 monthly(+initial deposit of $100 + $40 monthly for the parking area) that includes all the bills paid, so you dont need to think in more expenses!!
There is a lot of fun here, since I have lived in other countries(Europe, Latin America, former Soviet Union) I have a huge collection of foreign and national films in all formats and topics.
