| Roommate Situation: I am a single mom to a 3 and 5 yr old. We live in a great community in Chapin, SC. Our neighborhood is located on Lake Murray and we have a great community pool, playground and clubhouse. I have a large bonus room for rent. Renter would also have access to bathroom. If necessary my children will give up their bathroom and use mine so renter may have personal bathroom. The house is 2391 sq feet so it's large and we're happy to share! Prefer older single woman. Will consider woman with 1 child. MUST LOVE CHILDREN :) Would be willing to consider someone with a pet as long as it's clean and friendly.
