The place is a steal for $275 each and will have all new carpet, flooring in the kitchen and fresh paint! The complex also offers a pool and huge, fenced in green area. The kitchen is modern and super cute, the living room is a good size with a sliding glass back door and the bedrooms are large with nice big closets. This is a pet friendly complex and I have a dog who is VERY well trained and COMPLETELY housebroken. The bedrooms are not furnished. University Village has a clubhouse that offers a pool, free tanning bed, 24 hour computer lab, and study lounge. It's a really great place to live and it's very close to Clemson's campus.

| Roommate Situation: Hi! I'm looking for two roommates for the upcoming year. I am a relaxed, casual girl who likes reading, studying, having people over for dinner, and fabulous red wine. I'm not really a partier, but I love meeting people in smaller groups and having a great time with friends.
Here are some more details about the townhouse -
The townhouse is 4BR/4.5BA with carpeted living areas and linoleum in bath and kitchen. There is central heat and A/C.
This is a three story townhouse. The first floor has a furnished living room, and an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar. The washer and dryer are in a closet off the kitchen. The half bath is also downstairs.
The bedrooms I have available for rent are on the second floor. They each have their own private bath and walk-in closet. There is a thermostat that controls the two bottom floors separately from the top floor.
High speed wireless internet and water included in rent, while the electric bill is split. There are cable hookups in the bedrooms, but cable is not yet hooked up. If we choose to receive cable, the cost will be split as well.
Although this is a 4BR townhouse, 3 people will be living here. I have converted the second bedroom on the third floor into my office.
The complex has a clubhouse, pool access, fitness room and parking. It is also on the CAT bus line to and from campus. The townhouse has been and is currently a smoke-free and pet free environment. Dogs are not allowed.
As I own the townhouse, the lease information may be slightly different than that of UV. Move-in dates are flexible, but the lease is 12 months.
