| Roommate Situation: I'm the owner of a nice 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house in Cayce, SC located a quick 4.5 miles south of the USC Campus with quick access to the major interstate highways. The room will be available as early as March 30th, 2008. Large bedroom with Shared Hall Bath is ideal for the mature student looking for a nice quiet place to rent. The house is located in a safe neighborhood and has plenty of parking on and off of the street, large fenced-in back yard, fully outfitted kitchen wached dining room, washer and dryer, large common area, Cable TV and High Speed wired/wireless internet. This is a great deal at $325.00 per month plus 1/3 of utilities. Utilities run approximately $60-$65 per month on average over a 12 month period. Lower in mild seasons and higher in the midst of Summer and Winter months. Cable and High Speed Internet is $33 per month. Pictures of house can be emailed. Current roommates are young professional straight females in their early 20's. I’m looking preferably for a mature and responsible straight male (possibly a mature female) to occupy the room. Consult with seven three O, and six three nine eight. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a washer and dryer. I'm a non-smoker but smoking outside would be ok.
