| Roommate Situation: My Name's Heidi and I'm a psychology student at URI. Please contact me atand I'd be happy to show you these two places: I have two houses available which are PERFECT for college students!! I can tell you this firsthand because I live in one of them. In one house, I have 5 rooms available in a co-ed house, ranging from $350-$550, depending on size. It includes everything: DVR, Cable, Internet, Utilities, Washer/Dryer in the house, Trash Pickup, right on the busline....anything you could possibly need! I live in the house next door, where we are also looking for 2 female roommates. The four of us are all female college students. The two rooms I have available here are $450 and $550. Again, everything is included in this house as well. So you've got your pick of rooms to choose from! One Month's deposit is required to hold the room, and first month's rent is due upon moving in.

| Roommate Situation: Looking for two roomates to share three bedroom house style apartment. Each bedroom has its own closet. The bedrooms can be furnished if you do not have furniture, but you are welcome to bring your own stuff.
I have a house broken, active, friendly house dog that I keep oder and flea free. I would prefer that you be comfortable around dogs since she likes to be around people at all times. If you have a pet I am receptive to the idea. However, your pet must be house broken, and friendly with other people and animals.
Rent for each bedroom is $450.00/month with heat, electric, cable, and internet, included. Willing to negotiate if you want telephone also included. No long term comitment required, but a security deposit will be required in case of damages. We can negotiate how and when the security depoit will be paid. In any case I will hold the deposit in an interest bearing account.
Looking for roommates that are open minded and accepting to various types of ideas, people, and lifestyles.
The house has a yard with a patio. The rent also includes one parking space where you can come and go as you please. There is pleanty of on street parking for your guests.
There is laundry machines on site and no money is required to operate them. Storage for your stuff might also be available.
