| Roommate Situation: We are a couple living in a 4 bedroom house. 2 of our roommates just moved out and we're looking for 1 to replace them. We have a 10mth old american bulldog and a cat. The house has a full unfinished basement-2 bedrooms for you to use, parking and is located on a quiet dead end st with easy access to the local colleges, city and shopping malls. We are looking for someone responsible but who knows how to have fun and someone we can be friends with not just roommates. We will welcome another well-trained dog.

Rent includes garage parking, laundry, use of all common areas of home (eat in kitchen, large living room, family room, and back yard), internet, phone, cable, and water. Pay for half of gas and electric (approximately $150 in winter). Only 10 minutes from I-95 and very close to shopping. Room has furniture but can be moved if you would prefer to bring your own. | Roommate Situation: The house: Room for rent - share my 2br/2bath house. Quiet/safe area, close to shopping, easy highway access, yard, parking, central air, wrap-around porch, cable hookup in room (plus use of HDTV/Tivo in living room), phone jack in room, high speed internet (wireless or wired), dishwasher, club-quality gym, laundry/storage in basement. Room has double-closet and private entrance (french doors to porch). 24/7 shared use of all common areas. Semi-private bathroom (shower/tub is all yours, but bathroom itself is shared).
About me: 36, straight male, non-smoker. Laid-back, fun, very friendly, professional, works at home. I travel 2-3 weeks a year. I'm pretty quiet and clean. Some things I enjoy are movies, music (of most types), cooking, reading, computers, playing cards, etc.
Looking for: Female or Male, must love animals, friendly, responsible, dependable, clean, non-smoker. I'd consider someone who smokes outside, but I do ask that no one smokes anywhere in the house. Pets are negotiable, but with 3 cats already, adding more may be tough. Rent term is negotiable as well, though I'd like to find someone looking to stay a while. Please have references.
Rent includes electric, gas, water, internet, cable, shared phone, trash pickup, parking, laundry. You'd be responsible for keeping your room/bathroom clean, and helping keep the common areas clean.
