| Roommate Situation: I live on Foster Center Road in Foster, RI near Route 6 and Routeminutes to Providence) I live in an 1849 barn converted into a Tavern and then in 1975 is was converted into a house with a great open area (3900 sq ft of living space) 3 bedrooms with large closets, one large bathroom to share and a loft on the second floor. Living room, dining room, Bar and TV area together on the first floor open plan. Kitchen and Nook also on the first floor but on the back of the house. Washer and dryer, parking, no pet, no smoking, storage in the basement & nice yard (14 acres) with large trees, deck and a river on the back yard. Rent $500 monthly with all utilities (not phone) First month - $500 and security deposit - $500.
