| Roommate Situation: Looking for responsible, quiet, non-smoking female to rent a room and share apartment. The apartment is located in East Providence, across the street from a beautiful bike path that overlooks the ocean. Apartment is also near a golf course, and only 1 exit away from the Providence Place Mall, Brown University/RISD, and shopping and dining in Seekonk, MA. The apartment is modern with eat in-kitchen (all new appliances including a dishwasher, ice/water maker refrigerator, garbage disposal, brand new stove and microwave). Brand new hardwood floors in the living room and carpet in the bedrooms. Living room with a bay window. Plenty of windows throughout the apartment. The apartment is air conditioned.
The room for rent is unfurnished, medium sized. Includes 2 windows and a closet. $650 rent includes all utilities. To clarify, Electric, gas, heat, hot water, cable, wireless internet all included in the rent. Off street parking for 1 car and free plowing during the winter also included in the rent. Coin operated washer and dryer included in the apartment.
Very quiet and safe neighborhood in East Providence. Looking for someone that is quiet and clean, non smoker, not a big party-er or drinker.
Will share the apartment with a mother and daughter. Mother is a grad student and has own business in finance and daughter is a student. Both very busy (often not home, busy with school and work), very nice people.

| Roommate Situation: Looking for 3 roommates to share our home “Kent Heights”
My boyfriend (37 yo male, contractor) and I (40 yo female, contractor helper/ real estate agent) own a beautiful 4 bedroom home with an additional 2 bed in law set up in the basement which my boyfriend and I reside in. The home is located in Kent Heights in East Providence, which is close to all major highways, bus lines, and downtown. We currently have 1 roommate. He is a family friend, male 51, remodels sunrooms. We are very chill and easy to live with. We are looking to rent out the other 3 rooms so that it would be a total of 6 adults living here. Melrose place but no drama…an adult networking unit, looking to survive in a beautiful home with respectful, friendly people ;-)
The square footage of the home not including basement is 2200 square feet. It is quite large. Oversized cape with a recent addition. There are 2 full shared bathrooms, 1 on the first floor and one on the second floor. The rooms are all furnished however, furniture/décor can be removed per request. The rooms are as follows:

Master Suite- 145/wk (Seeached photo) Includes: King Size Bed, with night stand and long dresser with mirror, Flat Screen TV wall mounted in front of bed. Private 1/2 Bath, Private office with desk, built in shelves, stand up fridge and full couch. Wireless Internet, window air conditioner in summer months use of living room kitchen and shared full bath up and downstairs, plus all utilities.
Additionally, there is street parking, we are close to all major highways and bus line, we have a beautiful back yard...right now it looks awful!!!!!
