| Roommate Situation: I am single with grown children not living with me. I am in the fone bk. My education background is engineering and computers. I rent the top floor (3rd) of an old house in the historical district of E. Greenwich, RI, a block from the waterfront and Main St. (Rt 1), on the busline. It is possible to get anywhere necessary without a car, but one is still desirable. The apartment is nothing fancy, but in a great location. It has all the necessities and a few luxuries. My 'guest' BR, that a roommate would occupy is small, with a closet, chest of drawers and daybed (almost new, with a popup unit underneath & 2nd twin size bed).
