| About Me: 2BD/2.5BA Single Family Brick House to Share in Ardmore |

| Roommate Situation: About the Place: It is an older single family brick house in Ardmore. It was totally rehabbed less than 2 years ago and is in great shape (even a dry basement for storage). There is no garage, a shared driveway with a neighbor and plenty of off-street parking.
It has 2.5 bathrooms so you will get your own bedroom and bathroom. The other bedroom could be used for storage and or an office. There is also room for an office downstairs.
I have all the furnishings, and they are actually quite cool as they are all modern antiques from the 1950's -1960's. So, yes, they are worth lots of money and I use them daily and therefore am looking for a responsible roommate (no rough-housing) and therefore I would prefer a female roommate. You room can come either furnished or unfurnished as a have a spare bedroom set.
I take possession of the house on August 23 so I am available to show it that last week of August and the first week of September. I am flexible with the lease (I would prefer month to month), the start date and a little bit with the rent depending on whether I think the roommate is worth investing in by discounting rent.
I have a girlfriend who I see about once a week due to her busy schedule with graduate school at Penn and a small burmese cat named Mya. Neither or which will be a problem I promise.
I would prefer a college student (or 2 since I have two extra bedrooms, a graduate student, or a recent college grad who can't afford a place on their own. Intelligence would be nice as I do like to watch the news and would like to have somebody to be able to talk to about these things.
About me, I am a 33 year old male. I went to the Naval Academy, served my time in the Navy, went and got my MBA and now work for a hedge fun on the Main Line. If you are interested in the place then let me know, I probably could arrange with the tenant's living there now to show the place now but the move in date has to be after August 22.
No pressure...No disappointments. Do not have photos up but you will not be disappointed.
