| Roommate Situation: Female seeking a roommate in beautiful Ambler! I live in a large 2 bedroom 1 bath with a basement for storage; washer and dryer included, with off-street parking. Rent is $425/mo, plus ½ of the utilities. Also, I have 2 beautiful cockatiels .Ambler is a destination town with many restaurants, a movie and a playhouse theatre, along with lots of shopping. You are within walking distance of the R5 train station and there are 3 buses that stop here.

| Roommate Situation: My fiance and I are looking to rent out a room in our 3 bedroom rowhome located in Ambler(close to the R5. Rent is $600 to $700 and includes all utilities (cable, direct tv w/ NFL sunday ticket, comcast wireless internet, elec, water, trash, etc.)
The main floor has a living room (35" TV), dining room and kitchen. There is also a basement which is partially finished and has a garage which is currently being used for storage. The finished part of the basement has recently been turned into our Eagles Den with a 42" plasma and 27" TV. This room is used for lounging, watching football, playing Wii, poker, games, etc.
You would have your own bedroom and use of all common areas. The second bedroom is for us and then the 3rd bedroom is an office. All 3 bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the second floor.
As this is a rowhome, we don't have much of a yard but it is fenced and has a small patio. There is however, street parking and off street parking in the driveway in the back but we currenlty use both spots. Street parking is generally not a problem. This is a very safe neighborhood.
We are looking for someone who is professional (25-35 preferably) and who likes to have fun. We tend to have friends over on weekends for board games, video games, poker, football, trivia, movie watching, etc, so we are looking for someone who may be interested in this.
We both work FT during the day and occasionally PT shifts during the week/weekend.

We have two small dogs and two cats (they hide in our bedroom). We are not looking to add any more animals to the house. We also allow no smoking indoors.
