| Roommate Situation: Looking for 1 roommate to share 950 sq home in private community with the home's owner. I have 1 uber friendly black lab inside and 1 timid outside cat that only comes inside to eat when weather is bad. You may never even see the cat and it will not be in rented room. Potential roommate must be clean and courteous I try to keep a calm, drama free home so daily visits from friends is not acceptable. No drugs. Plenty of parking and full use of the community amenities is provided. I have rented to women as well as men in the past. I have found that the women are less likely to steal my belongings and more apt to pay they're rent on time. My preference is for honesty and reliability over gender. References are necessary and a background check will be performed. Full use of community amenities included. High speed internet included (you supply cables) Satellite TV is an option (you supply tuner box) Room is currently unfurnished but I may be able to supply the necessities. May consider a roomie with a dog. (case by case basis). Home is currently furnished, unlike shown in pics. Just a simple list of features in no particular order : porch, deck, front and back yard, BBQ, lakes, pools tennis and b-ball courts, quiet, laundry, parking, some storage possible, garbage, private security, dishwasher, Netflix, heat, electricity, closets, few neighbors, fireplace, full carpet, Chinese take-out close buy, garage for emergency auto repair on premises, (mechanic also on premises :p) 2 windows in rented room. Best feature: NOT P.C.P.!
