Two bedroom / one bath, furnished.
Well-kept eight-unit apartment complex
Good layout and light, nice kitchen with lots of cabinets, plenty of closet space.
Washer/dryer in unit, gas fireplace, outdoor deck with storage closet.
One wall in each room is covered in knotty pine so theres a nice rustic feel to an
otherwise modern-looking apartment.
Great location: NW Bend, 1/2 mile down the hill from COCC on Newport Ave.
Take free school shuttle bus from the Chevron Station (diagonally across the street)
up the hill to the campus.
Take #3 bus (stops in front of apartment) or bike/walk 1.7 miles to downtown Bend
5-minute walk to the grocery store, an organic market, bakery, video store
and several good restaurants.

Double doors open into room, built in computer desk and descent closet in first bedroom. Second bedroom has built in nook and two sets of windows with good closet. Living space downstairs is fully furnished and outside contains backyard fenced with front patio and plenty of street parking space.

| Roommate Situation: I'd like to get some roommates that I can hang out with, rather than just have a strictly business relationship with. I'm looking for 2-3 roommates, male or female between the ages of 18 and 22. I own this house and I'm renting out the 3 additional bedrooms to it. It's a 2-story, 2,000 sq. foot house that was built less than 3 years ago. There is a small fenced yard in the back. Downstairs is all hardwood. Each of the bedrooms are the same size, all with a closet and window. The rent is $380 month-to-month, a $200 refundable security deposit, and last month's rent is also due upon move -in.
