Lower floor is all for rent- about 900 square ft. 2 big rooms ( 11x14 and 16.5x18 ft ) and an open concept kitchen /living-room. The biggest room has a nice working fire-place. Separate entrance.
Huge back yard with terrace and sun-deck, BBQ ad room for home planters, if one desires. We live green, and use clothes lines. Laundry (new) on lower floor, new laminate floor. Ready for May 31st
