| Roommate Situation: I am looking for 1 - 2 roommates to share a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. The house is located about half way between 275 @ St Rt 28 and Wilmington, approximately 20-25 minutes from either. It is 25 minutes to Loveland, Maineville and Landen, 30 minutes to Kings Island, 20 minutes to Mt. Orab.
Very old 2 story, hardwood floors, front porch, large deck in the back, nice yard 2+ acres, lots of storage available and negotiable.
Microwave, washer and dryer, high speed wireless internet, cable and phone.
Off-street parking. Garage negotiable.
Available 9/15/08 (may be negotiable).
Smoking is ok outside. I have a lab that would like a playmate so a dog is ok, I am easy going, low maintenance, just looking for someone(s) responsible and trustworthy.
