My previous roommate moved out suddenly on me, and my landlord and I are currently negotiating a new lease, which looks like it'll be about $400/month with utilities. The house is located off of West Clifton, with a yard, back deck, and city view. You would get the whole upstairs, which includes a bedroom with a small studio space outside of it.
