| Roommate Situation: I'm graduating in December and need someone to take over my lease through July. I live at University Highlands. Apartments are students only. All utilities are included in the rent, and it IS furnished. The bus comes by every 15 minute and goes straight to campus. The sublease can be through May, through July, or just the summer. My other roommates are really nice, and don't party much. There's a full kitchen with dishwasher, and a washer and dryer in the apartment.

| Roommate Situation: My fiance and i are renting a house and our downstairs apartment will be vacant starting in january. Its a 4 BR house but the basement is a finished apartment by itself. it has its own kitchen and bathroom with a separate entrance in the back of the house. it also has its own parking for one car. we would like $500 a month and that would include all utilities. the house is located just off of hwy 105 across from Geno's on Poplar Hill Drive. there is an appalcart stop within walking distance on the POP105 route, and if you need to drive to campus we are really close to the end of stadium drive too.

| Roommate Situation: I am a really laid back girl, 22 and in my senior year at ASU, but I will be here for 2 more years b/c of my major. I would like a roommate who is also laid back, but that also knows how to keep the apartment clean and respect the other roommate's stuff (I've had bad experiences with roomies in the past ruining my furniture.) Most of all, I want to room with someone who I can hang out with and have fun with! I am an animal lover, and if you are too, then we will definitely get along :) I go out to the bar about once a week, more in the summer probably, but don;t ever come home wasted, and NEVER bring weird random people with me, I'm not like that, lol. I smoke on occassion, but outside if the weather permits, or just in my room with the door shut. I have 2 ferrets, bith with theur scent glands removed, so they smell no different than having a cat around, and they're so fun to play with! I have plenty of furniture, including kitchen table, couch, bookshelf, 2 tvs, etc...the only thing i think would be needed is maybe another chair and a tv stand of some sort. One thing though: if you smoke things other than cigs, please don;t move in here unless you plan to do that away from the apartment ALWAYS. I react badly to other stuff, and can't be around it. Other than that, I just love to have fun and I would love to have a personable roomie that I can be friends with:) Now to the apartment: The place is $520 a month, including EVERYTHING (all utilities), and has an indoor pool, gym, game room, movie room all included as well. Amazing view over all of Boone, and PETS ALLOWED!

| Roommate Situation: I am a clean, quiet, studious college student. I dont party nor do I drink. I hang out in the apartment and work on schoolwork. I am a student filmmaker in my part time and I am a Christian. I am a non smoker. The apartment is really nice, and is in the middle of campus. Rent includes a parking space about a block from the apartments. Rent does not include utilities (about $35 a month per person.) nor does it include cable or internet. (prob about $50 a person but a definate must have).
