| Roommate Situation: I have a second bedroom that I'm renting out in my two-bedroom townhouse in Belmont. It's about 15-20 minutes from most surrounding areas, 10 minutes from Gastonia, 15-20 from Charlotte and Huntersville, great location! The rent includes utilities. Utilities include power, gas, high-speed internet with wireless option, HD cable, and telephone. There are one and half baths in the townhouse, a bathroom will be shared upstairs. The spare bedroom has two decently sized closets for storage. The neighbor is excellent, the people are nice, landlord is great. I don't mind pets as long as they get along with my little shih-tzu pup. He's 7 months, neutered and sweet. I'm just looking for a roommate who will be respectful and is dependable!
I'm available to show pictures of the apartment, or two meet with you to show you around. I'm looking for someone to move in ASAP, March 1sthe latest. No deposit, just the first month's rent upon move-in. I'm not really home that often, I have two jobs and go to school full-time...so your privacy isn't an issue!
