| Roommate Situation: I have two rooms available (one for each potential roommate). One is available immediately, and the other one is available in August (both rooms are identical in size). My house is dual zoned, 2 family rooms, dining room, 2 car garage (both garage doors have an automatic door opener), has a large backyard, new paint & carpet throughout, and a W/D upstairs by the bedrooms. The second bedrooms that are for rent are about 11x11 feet with cable hookup. I am offering a 4 month automatically renewing lease for flexibility.
Since this is my first home, I only have the listing pictures available right now, but I have furniture in the common areas. I have a super sweet medium hair, 11 month old kitten, so you must not be allergic. I am a non-smoker, and I rarely (basically never) drink. I am a 24 year old professional myself (recent NCSU and VT grad) working for IBM. I am an extrovert who likes the company. I've always had roommates, from dorms to apartment. My house is very close to Hwy 55 and Hwy 64 with shopping and a gym within minutes. It's not far from Raleigh or RTP.

| Roommate Situation: Hey. My name is Nick, I'm originally from New Jersey. I moved here after graduating from college. I am a working professional 8-5 M-F. I love sports. I enjoy playing golf and softball. I am a huge baseball and football fan. The room I'm looking to rent is the "2nd" bedroom in my 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. You would obviously have your own bathroom, closet, & room that you can do what you'd like with. I currently have a double sized bed in it that can either be utilized or moved to the 3rd "guest/storage" bedroom. The room has cable, wireless internet, and a phone jack if necessary (I just use my cell phone). I've got my own washer/dryer that is available for use. The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a large apartment complex w/ 3 story buildings. I love the location and am fortunate to have VERY quiet neighbors. The apartment is located along US 64 right on the border of Apex & Cary (real close to US 1 & the beltline). It is located close to shopping centers/colleges/supermarkets. The complex has free trash pick-up Sunday through Thursday, which is cool. Complex has fitness rooms & 2 pools. It is located on a lake which has a 2.5 mile walking/jogging trail. The complex is walking distance to the local Apex Community Park where there are tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball, and baseball fields.
