There is a huge kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and all the works. Plus, there is a living room and a dining room, a rare find in nyc! There is tons of sunlight streaming into the apt. and there are windows in every room. The building has a full laudry room and a huge gym open 24/7. This is a doorman building with a beautiful lobby that has couches and chairs for guests. The measurements for the room available are 11X11.1. Move in date is Sept 15, but will accept a week or so later if need be. We are looking for a respectful roommate that will be understanding of the fact that we are modern orthodox girls who keep kosher. Looking for a Roommate for the guest room in a great Triplex apartment (Two bathrooms and two bedrooms) from May 1st until July 31st. Place is furnished with brand new stuff. Location is great (Lex Avenue train and Grand Central). The room will be furnished (queen bed, TV, A/C) but you can bring your own.
