Your room is the master bedroom. It's big. The room has your own full-size ensuite bathroom, so no sharing required! Lots of windows, bright, sunny and wow! - what a view! Lots of closet space. Gorgeous hardwood floors. Nine foot cielings.
The large living room has SPECTACULAR VIEWS with gorgeous wrap-around windows. The apartment is on the 30th floor and has the most beautiful views. The large open kitchen has custom cabinetry, a full-size dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and microwave.
The building is Archstone Brooklyn Heights at 180 Montague St. There is a 24-hour concierge and dry cleaning valet service. There is a nice, big, well-equipped Fitness Center, a sun-bathing terrace, a Club Suite and on-site garage parking.
The building is right on gorgeous Montague St with the 2, 3, 4, 5, N and R train subway station just steps away. You'll be in Manhattan in minutes!
What about rent? Well, the apartment leases for $4400, so if you were paying half of the rent that would be $2200. But I work for the company that manages the building, and I get a nice staff discount and I'm passing a lot of that discount on to you. I'm asking $1800 for a room worth at least $2200. That's a really good deal for a really gorgeous place.
